Young Carers

At Wolverham we are very proud to have achieved the Cheshire Young carers Bronze award.

 

We work in partnership with their Education team who come in to our school to raise awareness and promote the early identification of Young carers within our setting.

Their aim is to improve, attendance, achievement and wellbeing to support our young carers in achieving the best educational outcomes and experiences.
